Yes the next MEGA event in Victoria is planned for the weekend of the 17th and 18th of November, 2018.  The location is in Parkville at the Urban Camp in Royal Park (specifically S37 47.200, E144 56.700).  It’s only 2 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, 500 meters from the Flemington Bridge train station on the Upfield line and 400 meters from the Elliot Avenue tram stop on the 58 tram.  There is accommodation available on site and plenty of other opportunities in the surrounding area and of course also in the CBD.
