
Mega events require a large number of volunteers to make them a success and we would love your help to make the Whittlesea Mega a great weekend for everyone. We need your help!
Perhaps you can help the team set up the GPS Adventure Maze, or welcome attendees at the registration desk. You might even be able to help direct campers to their sites. Every bit helps.
If you think you can spare some time during the event, or even help out in the lead up, please fill out the short form below to register your interest. All offers of help are greatly appreciated.
Whittlesea Volunteer Registration
All volunteers will go into the running to win $50 gift vouchers, have exclusive pre access to some of the Mega activities during the Friday night event, and will walk away with a warm and fuzzy feeling knowing they were a key part of something special.
The more timeslots you can register for, the easier it makes it for us to schedule support for the weekend – but don’t worry, we aim to limit the time commitment to around 4hrs per person.
Whilst we will happily accept help right up to the Mega, we would really appreciate, where possible, if you could complete the form by Wednesday 19 October so that we can finalise our planning.

Clothing Cut Off Date For Collection At The Mega
Don’t forget the extended cut off to order Whittlesea clothing for collection at the Mega is Sunday 16 October. You will be able to purchase clothing after this date, however as we are unable to guarantee delivery, it will be posted to you after the Mega (postage fees apply).
