As things gear up for the Parkville MEGA, which is now less than three weeks away, we look towards one of our most popular workshops over the weekend, and that is the “Meet the Reviewers” session which will be happening between 12pm and 2pm on the Sunday afternoon at Urban Camp, the MEGA location. We have reviewers attending from around Australia and a couple from Europe too. We also have some Lackeys visiting us and they will all be gathering together at this session to answer your questions, so it promises to be quite an exciting one.
To help this session run as smoothly as possible in the time available, we ask that questions be kept as general as possible. No specific caches, no specific cache owners, no specific instances. If your question is too specific, rather than using extra time trying to reword your question, they will just move on to the next question. Reviewers are cachers, just like you; people who give up their personal time to help with the smooth running of this past-time and they are again giving up their own time at the MEGA to appear at this session. Keeping all of that in mind, we ask that the questioning be kept civilised, as always.
Do you have a burning question that you want answered? For the best chance of getting the answers, please email them to the Victorian Reviewer, Bunjil, at the following address bunjil.reviewer@gmail.com with the subject “Reviewer Session Question”. Emailed questions will be collated and read out at the information session and answered by the panel. Another reminder: keep your questions general in nature.
During this session, the German Reviewers who will be attending, Knaecke und Brot will be running a quiz for all those who turn up. They have kindly donated their own geocoins to give away as prizes, so this reviewers session is one not to be missed.
To recap: Email your questions to Bunjil as above, be at the Meet The Reviewers session between 12pm and 2pm on the Sunday and join in the quiz 😊

The limited edition Parkville 2018 geocoin is a beautiful coin. It is a shaped coin which depicts our mascot Fern in front of the zoo with all her zoo friends from all over the world. It is a full 2 inches wide, made from hardened enamel colours and comes complete with tracking code etched into the side. This is wonderful commemorative coin that will be a must have for any collector or attendee of the Parkville Event. It is a limited edition coin with only 100 in production there is only limited stock available.

This one is as always, not for sale. The unobtanium coin is different from our past MEGAs. It is essentially the same as the Limited Edition geocoin, but we have added glitter to highlight. The only way to get your hands on one of these is through the many games and activities that will be being run over the MEGA weekend.
