With the ever evolving covid situation in Victoria, we have made the tough decision to delay the Wangaratta Mega until January 2022. A decision such as this, is never made lightly but the welfare of our Geocaching Community is at the forefront of our mind. I am sure that this news will be received with mixed emotions, but we really hope that you can join us in the New Year.
With the support of the Wangaratta Council and our sponsors, we have managed to secure a new date. The Mega, the GPS Maze and all associated events will go ahead over the weekend of 15th and 16th January 2022.
If you can join us at the Wangaratta Mega in January, and had already secured a campsite based on the original date, you don’t need to do anything – we will carry your booking over to the new date. If for some reason, you can’t make the new dates we can organise a refund on your campsite booking – just contact Adriaan at adriaan@geocachingvictoria.com.au and he will be able to assist you.
As we get closer to the event, we will continue to provide you with updates, but in the mean time mark the new dates in your calendars. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask.

We are pleased to announce that we have a very special, very limited, new set of pathtags for you from the Wangaratta Event. Designed by Darren from
